i2i Flavour- Intro to Rueda with Alastair Sadler

11.30-5pm at bar Salsa 96 Charing Cross Road
This course is a four hour crash course in La Rueda De La Casino (the Cuban wheel dance)
It introduces participants to the moves the calls the hand signals and the sheer fun of Rueda, all of which are brilliant for freestyle salsa.
Minimum standard:
This is not a course for beginners. It is aimed at Improvers and above who have freestyle salsa experience or who have completed the Salsa Rapido® 1-Day Intensive course.
Please note:
It doesn't matter which order you take the i2i Flavours.

All i2i Flavours salsa lessons start with the compulsory Salsa Rapido® framework section which introduces/ reinforces core concepts of event led salsa dancing. Please chaeck our FAQ regaring levels etc. or call me (Alastair)
