What is the course about?

Our absolute beginners workshops are suitable for complete beginners or for those looking to return to the basics – those wanting to improve coordination, link moves together and find comfort and confidence in various dance styles. You'll be taught all the dance essentials: terminology, travelling steps, and, most importantly, rhythm. Our aim is to provide a fun practical environment where you can learn essential technique, improve dance and performance skills as well as your own confidence.

This is a live online course. You will need:
- Internet connection. The classes work best with Chrome.
- A computer with microphone and camera is best (e.g. a PC/laptop/iMac/MacBook), or a tablet/iPad/smart phone/iPhone if you don't have a computer.
- Earphones/headphones/speakers.

We will contact you with joining instructions before your course starts.

Summary
This course is online and interactive and perfect if you have ever dreamed of dancing, or just wanting a fun and exciting way to get active and meet new people online.
