How to look and stay cool on the dance floor

When the temperatures soars you need your survival kit if you want dance:  

1.Keep Well Hydrated 

Water is perfect but any type of fluid will do. Drink often to avoid dehydration on the night. 

2.Take a towel or flannel

There is something fantastic about sweating. Quite often, when you are having fun, sweat is involved. It us our bodies trying to work with us to keep us cool.
Why not take a towel or flannel out with you so you can quickly dry yourself off before the next track begins!

3.Enjoy a splash of water

Why not pop to the bathroom and run some cold water over your hands and wrists and even splash a little on your face - it really helps.

4.Take a change of clothes 

This is a great way to ensure you stay fresh throughout the evening.
Your partner/s will appreciate the effort and you will feel better.
It is also worth carrying something to change into before you leave. That car or bus journey is never pleasant if you are clammy.

5.Respect for one and all 

Personal hygiene is extremely important when the temperature soars.
You know what you can do to stay smelling fresh - you'll get that extra dance partner when you use deodorant  

6.Take breaks 

Regular breaks are a must. Don't over do it!
Get some fresh air, go to the bar get a drink or just hover by the fan for a track. Don't burn yourself out!
