<Hi

Welcome new readers of the London Salsa newsletter.
You join 1000s of others who access the 100s of offers on dance lessons and parties.

Dancing Snowman

When I first met the dancing snowman he was under the impression that he had two left feet. London Salsa introduced him to the classes, courses and workshops and now, as you can see, he is happily dancing in the streets.

When you are out at office parties this month, make sure you tell your friends where you gained your skills and remind them to find their local club at London Salsa.

An event studded weekend starts on Friday.

You could claim £2 off as a members benefit in Kingston where a live salsa band celebrates Carlos' birthday that coincides with a  Christmas celebration. 4 levels of salsa and 2 of bachata start the night.

Classes start at 9.30pm at El Grande in Kings Cross, where a massive line up of quality teachers and DJs will keep you dancing till 5am in 4 rooms of salsa, kizomba and bachata.

Putney salsa

Putney starts it's night with an optional free bachata class, followed by 6 levels of salsa and a social. There will be shows and treats for all.

In Stratford, East London, DJ Hughie is at the decks in a Saturday evening of free salsa in the Theatre Royal.

It is live band night at Salsa Fusion on Great Portland Street, where MinaQueenSalsa and team start the night with a lesson and top DJs in 2 rooms keep the beat going till 3am.

In Whetstone the Red themed festive party has 3 levels of bachata and kizomba lessons and 4 levels of salsa and then a social thill 1am.

Whetstone Salsa Bachata and kizomba Xmas party

At Bar Salsa in Charing Cross on Sunday there is £5 off for members on the 5-hour i2i Smooth Styling workshop aimed at improvers and intermediates.  Polish your salsa leading and following skills and develop true free styling (as opposed to choreographed salsa). Take your salsa style somewhere new and different so you gain an objective view of where you want to go with your salsa style.

Our friends over at Salsa Secrets in Enfield are starting their Red and White themed Xmas party with lessons in cha cha and bachata on Sunday.

Salsa Motion, in Charlton, have their Xmas party on Tuesday, with an offer that may encourage you to convene a small party crowd to arrive together.

Tuesday is also the night chosen in Pinner for their Red and White Xmas party.

Every Tuesday night is party night at the new Bar Salsa in Temple, where the Latin Collective offer lessons and a 2am finish to the social dancing. (there is a free intro to salsa lesson at 7pm and if you contact them in advance, there are guest list opportunities).

Salsa Temple

If Hammersmith is a vibrant as it was this week, then Wednesday night's option is sealed. Lessons at 6 levels are followed with 2 hours of social dancing, with all levels sharing a great dance floor.

Some other cities around the world may think they are the salsa capital of the world but, for those of us who live in London and those making the most sensible decision to visit us, you'll be delighted to know that there are some stunning parties on Boxing day (26th) and thoughout the run up to New Years.

I'm already getting next week's newsletter together but if you can't wait to anticipate, check out www.londonsalsa.co.uk or the Global Dance Card app. And if you can't access email, as always, we'll also publish the newsletter on site.

Dance long and hard this week and fill the lives of your dance partners with joy from the simple smile to reward them for a perfect few minutes of bliss,

Leigh and the London Salsa team
