<Hi

Our aim at Londonsalsa.co.uk is to multiply the amount of time you spend with a smile on your face as you get fitter, by leading you to those dance venues that are likely to multiply your skills and thus ensure you get some of that well-deserved joy.

Don't be afraid to reveal your joy. Your smile could lead to a new friendship and definitely will help the confidence of your partner. Just try flashing your own smile and see the reaction.

Also on Sunday there is a salsa and pachanga workshop in Ruislip during the day, which comes with £3 off.

If live music is your preference, try Richmond, where there is 4 hours of dance to the live salsa band - mention London Salsa for your £2 discount.

There are of course lessons on all nights of the week, for all levels of dancer from absolute beginners through to guru level throughout the capital and the south east. Don't love one, try another until you find the teacher that you gel with and the atmosphere you seek. That may be a structured course or simply a drop in. You could polish up with a private lesson or take an intensive workshop. Everyone's path to that joy is different, so have fun along the way.
