That's the title of an article written by Charlotte, our favourite nutritionalist, back in 2014. Just a slight adaptment to your normal festive feasting, combined with more salsa, will see you enter 2018 feeling envigourated and not bloated.

I had a quick flick through the diary of festive dance parties and am warning you now to order a new pair of dance shoes from santa because your London dance hosts intend to wear out your current ones.

We'll have newsletters as usual but I wanted to highlight Saturday 23rd December afternoon in Guildford, where Mundo Latino are hosting a kids (5-14) salsa Christmas party. Booking closes on 14th December and there are limited places. Please pass on the word about this event to friends, in the knowledge that kids that salsa are happier and healthier.
