Sunshine, the Cricket World Cup, Wimbledon, Pride then Salsa - Can you really want anything more? 
I do appreciate that some may want to cut out a sport and others may want to dial down the heat of the day but if you are reading this, then you are ready for a sizzling salsa evening or three in London.

The goal of this week's newsletter is to make sure you find somewhere perfect for you to dance this weekend, next week, during July and into the future.

If we shoot on target, then you'll be on a dance floor soon, getting a bit fitter whilst making new friends.

I'm thowing in the suggestion that you invite a friend, colleague or family member to find their perfect beginners lesson by looking for the green chilli.

When you have completed your beginners phase, look for the hotter chilli icon and tackle something more challenging.

Remember to take on plenty of water whilst dancing.

You could score the perfect hatrick this weekend if you dance Friday, Saturday and Sunday!

Why not suggest a friend kicks off the weekend with a free salsa class for first time beginners when they quote LS126 in Putney on Friday.

With a late finish, the Que Rico monthly party, in Balham, has rooms both for salsa and bachata this Friday.

Every Saturday there is an intensive salsa workshop for beginners in Bar Salsa Soho.
Not only do you get to repeat it for free but when you quote London Salsa you get £5 off.

Salsa Fusion on Great Portland Street could be your central London option for Saturday evening.

This Sunday is the second outing for Salsa Clasica in Hornsey which sees Streetbat Salsa returning to their roots with a salsa night at only a fiver.  The venue is fun and I danced virtually every track last month.

A live salsa band night in Richmond on Sunday is also guaranteed to keep you moving.

Fulham's monthly salsa and bachata lesson/party mix is this Sunday.

During these summer months you should check with your teachers whether they've shown a red card for the summer lessons.

Other classes have fewer students, so take advantage of the extra time with your teachers.

And please remember that if you are travelling, you can find your salsa fix in many places across the UK but downloading the Global Dance card app, temporarily only for Android, as our iOS is upgraded. 

There is a free intro to dance session at 7pm at the Kizomba Temple and Latin Lounge at Bar Salsa Temple each Monday.

Drop-in sessions with Pexava are available every Tuesday in Northfields, West London, for intermediate and above students.

Once a month Pexava take over Conway Hall in Holborn for a fabulous after-work Thursday social.

Thursday lessons are available in Tooting with MinaQueensalsa.

I espy a great final weekend of the month with the Salsa/bachata/kizomba party in Frimley Green on Saturday 27th.
