Recently returned to The rise on Tuesday and have to say it is very busy !!!
Good Atmosphere & friendly people and loads of room to dance !!!
This is a good place for Tuesday nights and now it has 5 teaching levels !!! yes thats right it has 5 levels !!! .As mentioned before all the Teachers are excellent !! and the music afterwards is very good .The DJ plays a wide selection of tracks ranging from old classic salsa like Hector Lavoe to R&B Salsa Flava's like Alex wilson & Eric Benet !!

If your South of the River and have the Salsa bug then check this place out. Great Teachers (Nicolas Angitano / Miguel Monteiro / Maria / Sandra Fallon and Tim Rowe) and nice people and some good dancers!
Only problem is the music afterwards could be better and therefore people leave soon after the lesson ! Que Pena!!!!!

This is a great venue for Salsa. Spacious and air conditioned with excellent music and a great vibe.

Classes are big and generally evenly numbered, with more turning up after the class so there are plenty of people to dance with at all levels.

The best thing about this venue though are the teachers. Nicolas and Maria have a certain energy that is contagious, Miguel is an excellent advanced teacher and Ola just oozes style.
